Heart Cake
Custom cake orders are based on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask for custom orders to be placed with at least seven (7) days notice to ensure us enough time to accurately create your one-of-a-kind cake. We adhere by the principle: quality over quantity. We only allow ourselves a certain amount of cakes per week in order to achieve the level of care and precision each custom cake requires to meet our standard. We try our best to respond ASAP upon placement of your order but it may take up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. If it has been more than 48 hours, please check your spam folder for our response. Pickups will take place Wednesday-Saturday from 5pm-11pm and on Sunday from 10am-2pm. We are closed on Monday and Tuesday each week so please take this into consideration when you place your order. Please be as detailed as possible when placing your order.
A deposit can be made well in advance to secure your order and date.
How to Place and order:
Please fill out the entire form best to your ability with as much detail as possible and hit submit. This will go directly to our email address and we will do our best to get back to you with a timely response. Upon receiving your request we will email you back with any questions we may have in order to fulfill your dream cake. Once we have all the information needed to begin, we will let you know the price of your order and give you the option to proceed if everything listed in the email looks accurate. Once you have agreed to proceed, we will begin your order and have it ready for when you arrive on your specified pickup date/time. Dessert orders are not secured until you have confirmed to proceed in the email.
