Private Events

WE CONTRACT OUR ROOMS BASED ON A FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM.

The food and beverage {referred to as F&B} is calculated by the food & beverages order/paid by the group host/contact. Sales tax and service fee do not go towards meeting the F&B minimum.

  • If F&B minimum is met, there is no rental fee charged.

  • If the F&B minimum is not met, the remaining minimum will be charged as a rental fee.

    • F&B Minimum - Food & Beverages for Event = Rental Fee Charged

    • Example: $10 per person x 30 people x 2 hours = 600 minimum - $450 rang up in food & beverages for event = $150 Rental Fee

Caramel Bakery and Bar - 645 Park Avenue

  • Wednesday & Thursday: $12 per person per hour

  • Friday and Saturday: $18 per person per hour

  • Seats up to 50 guests

Contract/Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the event minimum, is required by credit card to reserve the room. A date and time will not be secured until online contract and deposit have been processed. Cancellations must be given at least 48 hours in advance.


Pricing is based on day and time of private events - 2 hour minimum*

  • Guests should not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the event. The private dining room will not be accessible until contracted start time.

  • Event closing time is promptly at the contracted end time.

    • Please understand in most scenarios we have back to back bookings and need to begin cleaning & setting up for next event.

If the group needs time to set up prior with decorations or such please discuss this prior to booking with the Event Coordinator. We will work with you to make your event memorable as possible. During this time, please understand our team members will also be working in the room to prepare for the event. 


A 20% Service Fee will be applied to the total sum of food and beverages rendered at the event, not included in the food and beverage minimum.

The service fee is wages for the representatives working the event. Additional gratuity is at the discretion of the guests and Group Contact. F&B minimum for any event is $500. with a service fee minimum of $100. This service fee will not included in the food & beverage minimum.
